Order Processing & Shipping Times

For Express Items

Express-Line products are manufactured within 3-7 days, then an additional 4-7 days for shipping. Most customers will receive their packages in 10-14 days after an order is processed.

Tracking Number Delivery For Our Customers:

The following are the maximum number of days for tracking numbers to be provided to our customer after their order is processed

• Pillow Covers: 7 days after order processing.
• Cloth Tote Bags: 7 days after order processing.
• Crew Socks: 7 days after order processing.
• Leather Tote Bags: 7-10 days after order processing.
• Shoulder Handbags: 7-10 days after order processing.
• Canvas Saddle Bags: 7-10 days after order processing.
• Canvas Shoes: 7-10 days after order processing.

Shipping Times for the above items:

United States shipping time estimate is 2-4 weeks.

We thank you for your patience while your items are delivered.

International shipping time estimate is 3-4 weeks.

Please note: Each pillow cover from our factory is custom printed just for you and due to the popularity of certain items in our catalog, shipping times may take longer than the estimates above.

Tracking numbers will be made available within 10 days after you have placed your order.

All other items not listed above can very from 5-14 days after order processing. Most items are shipped from our overseas warehouses and can arrive fast depending on your countries border customs. However please allow up to 3 – 6 weeks for some items to arrive. 

Please be advised that once your item has been shipped, your order cannot be modified or cancelled.

Orders containing more than one item may arrive in separate packages on different dates.

If your items have not arrived within 60 days of the date of original purchase, contact Customer Service for a full refund of your purchase.(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) and missed parcel deliveries).

Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
